Track Name: I Got Next
4 or 2 joysticks covered in sweat
Gather round, trash talk, quarters on deck
Someone bout to get tapped out, slam 50 down, yo bet
Cause homey, I got - I got next

Got that kid who beat you up in the school yard
Saunters in acting hard
Leave him cryin’ VF ringout tears, couple dollars short
Seek revenge, take intentions out yo vest
Cause homey, I got - I got next

Give him the KI to the Street Fi
KO in them immortal eyes
Primal Raging like a Marvel v Capcom lovin’ Cajun
Lean left to right, Crazy Taxi on the side
Pinball wizards calling WHO to their delights

You can Turtle but don’t Simp Son
Dungeons and Dragons gonna Dance Dance Revolution
If you got the moves, put your shoes where not to lose
And step step cause homey, I got - I got next

There’s a trail of tears around the Galaga here
And if you ain’t After Burning then you better fear
Cause the Gauntlet ain’t easy, ain’t goin’ nowhere
Wizards, valkyries, and warriors swarmed, bitter tears

In the end they got you screaming Imohtep
Bran Frasier mummy wrap in the House of the Dead
Time Crisis out of step, Rev X can’t forget
Cause homey, I got - I got - I got next

So taken your Tekken to talk town
I’ll stalk you in the dark, don’t forget, for the Ultra throw down
The calibur of your soul on front row now
Deathmatch for the best of the arcade crown

It might have started with that 50 center
In the final seconds can he deliver
A champion from the streets, well let’s bet
Cause homey I got - I got - I got - I got next
Track Name: Excellence
Mom, you once told me
That to be a real man
You’ve got to know your own glory
Don’t let another set your course or your rules
Be the truest to yourself even at your worst you
The future’s unwritten, the past a learning tool
Lost the man of your dreams, could have let it crush you
But a phoenix rises from the ashes
And a Webb catches star light as it passes
Truer words from the lips
Of a man with Love emblazoned on his chest
Always wanted the best for his fam
Whether blood, non-sequitor
Doesn’t matter when the world’s your oyster
He said baby girl hold that head up
It seems long but your choice is here
To get you where you’re going
The journey is more important than the destination
Cherished every minute and every single moment
Keep on fighting, you’re a perfect example of that perfect human

And then the world will know all of your excellence (Passed it on to my nieces)
And then the world will know all of your excellence (Passed it on to your children)
And then the world will know all of your excellence (Passed it on to the world
And then the world will know all of your (Every boy and girl)

To my sister
You know I miss ya
The other half of the crew, can’t forget ya
Criticized for all your mistakes
But your mistakes brought the best
Of the births and mirth that humanity makes
Life lessons from crossing their transgressions
Until you found the one who held your heart, familial blessings
A Stallworthy Butler wrapped in a Webb
And even if it started from Steele, the feelings won’t ebb
Solid foundation for an excellent four
Like my father who’s middle name in rhyme I’ll employ
Let the horns blow for this family and more
Track Name: From Subwoofer to the Heart
One of those inconspicuous meetings
Nobody paying mind to the casual proceedings
A couple tentative glances
Brown eyes touched with golden grace stances
All the players are taking their places
Chessboard faces, king and queen stations
And without a single reproach, we got close
Cleared the board, make the music
Bass and treble, let’s go

She’s got the beat of my heart
The subwoofer to make my tweeter start
She’s like a boombox on your shoulder, fam
An MP3 player with the latest jams

The girl, the song
Stacked with beats and melodies
Digi charm, acoustic throng
Treble clef on the edge of a breath
Got my heart palpa-palping 3 by 4
Blood till nothing left
Struck by her F A C E
High E as her bars takin’ over me
Perfect package for that download stream service
Spotted her Spotify, she’s my Last FM, kinda nervous

She’s got the beat of my heart
The subwoofer to make my tweeter start
She’s like a boombox on your shoulder, fam
An MP3 player with the latest jams

You know what I’m talking about
Need her close like a new pair of in-ears

Got the bass, make it thunka, thunka, thunka
Bottom end S curves for the win in the trunka
My car, paint towns red near or far
She’s a full accompaniment at the club or bar
Can’t be alone for the rest of my life
She lifts me up, not from the breast but like a wife
Gonna do the same, put the test to this mic
Step up with the truths like the lies are a knife

She’s got the beat of my heart
The subwoofer to make my tweeter start
She’s like a boombox on your shoulder, fam
An MP3 player with the latest jams
Track Name: Robot Brain in a Jar
You’re born with your eyes to the screen
Face pressed to the gleam
Of a million lines of digital code
No simple rhyme electrodes
Cathode for a cathartic VR stroll
Meme enhanced for public display, so simple
You keep it all a simp show
Share more of your face in a book
Give it up for a look, the hook
Humanity is a test
Are you ready for the next
Phase of the journey, there’s no hurry
But to the handset your love’s buried
The instantaneous instant of insta-gaming
The system is a trip

Some can’t separate the evil in them
Finger pointing and the finger waggles the waggler
Your sins aren’t on front to the devil there’s no hagglin’
The body’s believed godly intuitions are set aside for pride
A slew of wisecracks you have nothing left to hide
Perceived niceties are a disguise
Public privacy is a trail of deceit and lies

You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
Keep up the facade (Facade)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
Here’s your applause (Applause)

There was a time when the tweet tweet of the lip speak
Was the bird calls of a think geek with a hobby from a bird beak
Chirp chirp your history with fingered mysteries
Hardback with leather oily paper flavored chemistries
When first seeing your niece’s artworks
Wasn’t a discovery through corporate softworks
No one’s saying that the past was any better
Just that with tools comes a price and we know better
When the connection is but a thought away
With nano installations, deep circuits entwined to cyber space
Wars and revolutions were fought, won, and lost
To protect what we’ve given willingly for fame at all costs
But I guess 15 is better than none
Everyone exists for their chance to stand in the sun
But stand too close and you’ll come back with a Cillian burn
A breath of sunshine for those who digital self was their only real turn

You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
Keep up the facade (Facade)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
You’re just a robot brain in a jar (A Jar)
Here’s your applause (Applause)
Track Name: One Mind, One Body, One Sound
Notes to beats, beats until my heart cease
To beat the beating that beats like an artist in his final sleep
For a man without his pen and pad
Is a man who can’t describe the world or the joys he’s had
Like who could ever forget that first exposure
To a mixtape, cassette where your classmates scribbled over
The names of some dude named Maxell and its cover
Drew doodles in the corners and imagined when school was no more
Then you go home with those thoughts left in your head
No friends, so you were sitting on the bed
No bike, head bobbing to the these releases instead
And maybe somewhere down the line you decided to write some rhymes
Knew nothing about drugs, so it was Mario in your lines
Grabbed two boomboxes, one to record and one to play tracks
Flip to the B sides cause that’s where instruments lived at
You were prepped as hell to spit some of those wicked flows
Sonic and Tails music while talking up good Nintendo

Nah baby, I’m still here
I still love you

Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop you know I can’t lose it

Now, there comes a time when you gotta bridge the gap
Rock, metal, emo, you sat, investigated that
Spinning words about the Star Trek Enterprise
While listening to Mos Def and Coheed jams all night
There were your hip hop friends who didn’t understand
What the allure was to a heavy metal band
Until they saw you live for the very first time
As you screamed your lungs out and held the mic to the sky
They said shit look at that energy
Like a nuclear bomb ready to go, musical chemistry
Inspiration from Lajon Witherspoon
Sevendust blasting, metal posters in your room
Just a nerdy kid who loved all music
Started from cassettes and the rhymes that moved it
Crossing genres cause that’s all you understand
Mixed some yin with some yang, now that sounds like the ultimate plan

I already told you I didn’t leave
Girl, you know I’m coming back

Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop you know I can’t lose it

Experimentation over, it’s time to buckle down to the game’s score
Mixtapes have changed since the day they entered your life, what’s more
There’s a million people trying to jump into the thing you love and tour
Some have that energy, that passion you sought out to acquire
And some of them couldn’t light a match if they were a fire
But the fire up under your ass is enough to push you passed
The obstacles that want to stand in your way, that’s brash
So the notebooks come out in earnest
Cause you’ve been stoking that furnace
In the back your mind you earned this
The promises you made to grams, you’re worth it
Another chapter for the chapterless, it’ll surface
Heat comes off the pen and you remember the nights when
You were alone in that room in deep thought with him
No more doubt cause you’re back to your true love
Hip hop music like it came from someone above

Nah baby, I returned, I’m back
I’m here baby, I’m here

Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop, hip hop, hip hop
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Hip hop is addictive music
Track Name: Sunset
So, I wanted to just slow it down… take a minute to talk to you. See, music, to me, is about sharing stories… personal accounts. So I wanted to share a little bit of mine.

I never knew that my mom was the smartest woman I had ever known, a masters or two but
I never knew that my dad was the bravest man without a pen and that pad, strong willed but
I never knew that my sister was the center of the social sphere, nothing to fear without a care but
I was told that my life was a lie, fabricated truth on truths wrapped up real nice just

That moment when you’re told that who you are shouldn’t exist. When the world looks at you and tells you that you are trying to step out of your fucking place.

We all have to walk in the sunset one day
And we all know the same love and pain

See, I don’t know if you know it, but I’m a black man in America
No spoons, knives, forks, shown for it
Born in the 80s, grew up in the 90s
Computers and video games, mind imaginative and flighty
Best friend was a little white girl down the street
First nan from Japan, proper and neat
Bounced around so much, but you heard that in another track
Culture mixes were the norm, imagine my surprise once back
You’ve got big teeth and a big forehead
Big lips, hey darkie, don’t stain the bed
And what are your parents dressing you in?
That hair’s too gross, you gotta shave it then
And then and then and then, well damn
Kids can say some pretty spiteful things
Judge your hair, your clothes, even the air that you breathe
But where do they get it if not from their parents
Spouting out the bullshit at recess without a care in
The world, but I held to my guns
Because I knew that at the end of my race, if not won
Then at least I would stand for something better than myself
Absorb all of the people and thoughts, share the wealth
But it didn’t make it any easier
For the kid I had become had learned to turn
Inward to the man in the mirror
But even he didn’t see beautiful black skin and hair
And I guess that makes sense
In a world full of naysayers
Your favorite heroes complexions
Are not equal to yours
Told your whole life you won’t even equal the core
Electronics and writing might be your life’s call
But you should pick up something more your speed
Here try this basketball
Oh math and science is what you like?
But you’re black, do something else with your life

We all have to walk in the sunset one day
And we all know the same love and pain

Hey Oreo, Oreo
You spend more time with those girls than the boys, yo
Are you a faggot or something?
Wanna wear their clothes or something?
Or maybe even be them or something?
Except my mom taught me to wear my heart on my sleeve
Let it twine through your clothes and literally bleed
Shared struggles, emotions for each and every deed
On the other side of that mountain is a paradise to see
And if it wasn’t that, then cause I was black
Acceptance still lacked
Oh I didn’t expect to see you here
Is what I heard at metal concerts everywhere
While sporting shirts and golden locks of hair
Stuck with that healer’s struggle inside the mean red dragon’s lair
Confused and alone, the internet was my home
Online gaming became the only avenue for me to roam
A natural enemy that would one day free me
And the people I met could look more than skin deep
Cause until 9/11 it wasn’t ideal to be African
Living the real reverse of White Man’s Burden
Unsure if what they said was truth, still left you hurting
And it didn’t come from just one side
Where they could hurt you, they hit your pride
Others questioning why in stories
My protags were always black and white
Not understanding in your opposite you learn about life
I guess what I’m saying is that yin needs a yang
I guess what I portray is a man finally sane
And if this was the last thing I did in my life
Then I can hold my head up pretty damn high

We all have to walk in the sunset one day
And we all know the same love and pain
Track Name: The Next Dream Will Be Your Last ft. Tyler "Danger" and Press B
Alpha Verse:

Here I am woken out a deep sweat
Body full of sharp numb, can’t even feel my feet yet
Dark shadows drifting in and up and out of me
Dangerous laughter fuckin’ with my mind’s circuitry
What’d he say? The next dream is your last
Fall into the deep green if your life is fit to pass
Wake up dumby, c’mon Alpha, gotta try to stay awake
Meanwhile the walls twisting turning like a damn silver snake
Oh shit, this isn’t what I thought it was
Dream state clutching like an alchie in a beer buzz
Clawed fingers creeping as I try to run cause
If I don’t get away just assemble the thugs
But if it’s a dream then I gotta have some control
I can form a sword out of air, slit him in the throat
(Not quite, you have no power here)
Shit... Ty from BDH, Press B, pick up the rear

Chorus:

Nightmare: The next dream will be your last
Alpha: Not if I can help it, light it fire with gas
Nightmare: The next dream will be your last
Alpha: Nightmarish creatures stand no chance with these raps

Tyler Verse:

Speeding down a dark country road
When I made a mistake
My car flips and then I crash
Into a bottomless lake
The next second I awake with
Panic and drool on my lip
This can’t be real man
Get a fucking grip
When all of the sudden
I see a black shadow at the end of my bed
Is my mind playing tricks?
Cause you’re supposed to be dead!
So he motions at the door
And to take his hand
Something tells me we ain’t
Off to never never land

Dark figures point and laugh
Like I’m the butt of a joke
While I’m directed to a castle
That is billowing smoke
I wonder what the hell I’m
Doing here, is this all a dream?
Then from the castle
Comes a terrifying scream
This can’t be happening
I’m telling myself
Lucid dreaming turn to nightmares
Can’t be good for my health
He’s got a death grip oh so powerful
I can’t run away
But under his cold dark breath
I think I heard him say

Chorus:

Nightmare: The next dream will be your last
Alpha: Not if I can help it, light it fire with gas
Nightmare: The next dream will be your last
Alpha: Nightmarish creatures stand no chance with these raps

Press B Verse:

Legendary Press B in the place to be
Close my eyes, fear pass right over me
like Muad'Dib, lost more than I care to see
J-Rays leave me blind, then I get set free
From all the horror been subjected to in waking life
Come at me nightmare, my sleep could use a hastened splice
A nice injection of some terror right into my night
fire right up, flame on, ready to ignite
'cause what's a dream when you seen death from V?
It's a respite, nightmare so bourgeoisie
corpse sleeps right there next to me
Why'd I wake up? Slumber's a better alterna-teev
like Marshall, my whole life I was deceived
How am I to believe when perception is diseased?
Why should I fear my sleep when IRL I get beat?
The lids slide open, phantasm's upon me
Track Name: Hustle Ain't Just A Word ft. 1-UP and Josh Krow
Alpha Riff:

Look at this, you in the concrete jungle
Gymnasiums, metal men, straight caustic and virile
Looking like the time is right for a humble bundled twin
Three cats ready to hustle, filled with rap passions
We got vices, hysteria, the quickening heart beats outta control
Throat slitting verbage for the ones who don’t know
Either you get it or you don’t, theres no simple flows
Ain’t no encyclopedia but I read a book, took some notes
Nose to the god damn grindstone, 110%
A thousand rappers out trying to pay rent
Gonna snatch your cake from the bread truck
Keep your eye on the prize, no time for bullshit and can’t get caught up
Too busy working sleepless nights to see your sub-tweets
Writing what I do in a day what you do in a week
Cause Imma die putting my time into this shit
You need to get up off that pot if you ain’t gon’ rip dawg
